Agility Robotics is a pioneer. Our robot, Digit, is the first to be sold into workplaces across the globe. Our team is differentiated by its expertise in imagining, engineering, and delivering robots with advanced mobility, dexterity, intelligence, and efficiency -- robots specifically designed to work alongside people, in spaces built for people. Every day, we break through engineering challenges and invent new solutions and capabilities that will one day make robots commonplace and approachable. This work is our passion and our responsibility: our mission is to make businesses more productive and people’s lives more fulfilling.

About the Role

Agility Robotics is looking for a Senior OPM/NPI Program Manager with experience in building and launching V1 Products. The role will interface with a cross-functional engineering and program team to develop robot hardware paired with software for integration into the overall system. You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving problems that haven’t been solved at scale before! Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a highly collaborative environment. We’ll need to tackle problems that span a variety of domains: software, hardware, networks, RF, embedded, real-time and distributed systems as well as industrial automation. Along the way, we guarantee that you’ll learn a ton, have fun and make a positive impact.
