We’re searching for an Asset Management Specialist in the DFW Metroplex, who will play a key role in ensuring our fleet is compliant and ready to deliver our product to market.

In this role, you will

  • Monitor and log usage, utilization, and maintenance schedules for the TX-based fleet vehicles (non-AV and AV)
  • Coordinate maintenance activities for TX-based fleet vehicles and trailers, working alongside third-party vendors and internal teams
  • Update and keep precise records for fleet compliance and documentation, following established protocols
  • Track and document necessary equipment for TX-based fleet, such as toll tags, drivewyze, fuel cards, and Samsara devices
  • Assist in coordinating the transportation or towing of vehicles for TX-based fleet in close collaboration with stakeholders and third party vendors
  • Distribute and monitor essential compliance materials, including insurance cards and registration stickers, in line with established procedures and FMCSA regulations
  • Compile and maintain routine reports, documents, and spreadsheets that are necessary for departmental operations

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
  • Proficient experience in G-Suite or similar
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record, validated by MVR check
  • Ability to travel locally and interstate as needed
  • Ability to work overtime and some weekends, as needed

  • Experience in operations, logistics, technology, or customer service fields
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment - team player
  • Interest and aptitude for learning technology and tooling

The base hourly wage range for this position is $23.50 - $35.25 per hour. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
