We're seeking a strong advocate for superior customer experiences that is forward-thinking, innovative, passionate about tech-driven customer service with a commitment to making a difference. You'll take ownership of global marketing strategy for joint solutions, collaborate with product management, drive global execution spearheading major customer-facing initiatives while nurturing strategic technology alliances. We’ll need:

  • A hybrid cloud solutions provider.
  • Continuous innovation in AI and Workforce Engagement Management.
  • Devise and refine global go-to-market plans.
  • Shape and revamp messaging of joint solutions
  • Lead and participate in co-marketing activities.
  • Monitor and fine-tune marketing activities' performance.
  • Foster relationships with technology alliances team.
  • lays a pivotal role in partnered solutions strategy
  • Collaborates closely with product and services management
  • Maintains and develops alliances with technology leaders
  • Reports on partnered solutions marketing.



  • Minimum 5+ years in marketing technology partnerships.
  • Mastery in content creation
  • Track record in go-to-market plan development
  • Demonstrated leadership in tech alliances / partner marketing.
  • Experience in successful partnership negotiation
  • Proficiency in content creation.
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategy creation.
  • Competence in competitive market analysis.
  • Established network in the tech sector.
  • Proven ability to execute joint marketing campaigns.


  • Profound understanding of AI tech and its role in customer experience.
  • Prior roles that involved forging strategic alliances.
  • Experience in coordinating joint marketing ventures.
  • Exposure to co-branded content development.
  • History of leading joint events or webinars.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content.
  • Prior roles in technology partnering.
  • Effective communication of joint value propositions.
  • Strategic thinking in marketing collaborations.


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or akin.
    • MBA is a distinct advantage


    The pay range for this opportunity is from $132,800 to $179,300 + performance-related bonus + benefits

    This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
