- Demo Platform Development: Lead the design of a state-of-the-art demo platform that showcases Avaya’s solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define the demo requirements, and oversee the execution of the platform development.
- Demo Use Case Creation: Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to identify and create compelling demo use cases that effectively showcase the unique value and capabilities of Avaya's solutions. Develop engaging and interactive demo scenarios that resonate with customers and drive sales.
- Demo Platform Management: Oversee the enhancement, and evolution of the demo platform. Regularly assess and optimize the platform's performance, user experience, and functionality. Ensure the availability of up-to-date product information, demos, and resources.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of the demo platform with Avaya's product development and go-to-market strategies. Align demo use cases with customer needs, sales objectives, and marketing initiatives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and partners on effectively utilizing the demo platform and delivering impactful demos. Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices to enable users to leverage the full potential of the platform.
- Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights on the demo platform and use cases. Incorporate customer feedback into platform enhancements and iterate on use cases to address customer pain points and drive customer engagement.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as demo platform owner, solution architect, or solutions specialist.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background and understanding of customer experience, communication and collaboration technologies. Familiarity with Avaya's product portfolio is a plus. Knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and APIs is highly desirable.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative demo use cases that highlight the value and capabilities of Avaya's solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and engaging demonstrations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Ability to empathize with customers and create demo experiences that address their needs and pain points.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight timelines. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
COMPENSATION
The pay range for this opportunity is from $89,000to $120,150 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
