About the Position
Reports to: VP, Product
Location: Menlo Park, CA or New York City, NY (hybrid)
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the Salesforce tool, a knack for fostering cross-functional collaboration, and an aptitude for driving process optimization through automation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather insights, identify pain points, and prioritize features and enhancements that drive customer value and satisfaction. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and concept development to launch and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, operations, and accounting team, to deliver seamless and innovative automation products.
- Drive product adoption by collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Demand results by continually monitoring the day-to-day product development lifecycle. Oversee sprints, evaluate results, and iterate strategies.
- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and gather user feedback to continuously improve and refine the product offering.
- Act as the subject matter expert for business process automation, providing guidance and insights to internal teams.
- Communicate and define achievable product goals to Engineering, adjusting scope as needed to hit major milestones
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Product Management experience with 5+ years in a technical product setting.
- Experience working with the Engineering team responsible for development, maintenance, and deployment.
- A customer-focused approach across digital channels, leveraging research, usability studies, and experiments to inform product direction.
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading agile teams in product delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce, AdTech, data products, or digital media experience is a plus.

- Results-oriented and can manage the day-to-day product development lifecycle end-to-end.
- Data-driven with proven experience building a data-focused organization, developing comprehensive metrics and dashboards for product insights and iterating through a ‘Test & Learn’ product development approach.
- A cross-functional leader, partnering with GTM and Customer Success teams to drive strategies to expand the adoption of Ad solutions.
- An expert in product management processes and principles, with deep experience using product planning tools such as Jira.
- An effective communicator with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on and able to ensure product development remains on track.

Compensation
- The anticipated base salary for this role is $185,000 - $220,000 annually, not including bonus and other benefits. Cardlytics’ salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay may be determined by additional factors such as role-related skills, experience, education, training, and more.
