TPG Capital recently completed the purchase of Change Healthcare’s Clinical Claims Management (CCM) business, which includes the ClaimsXten®, ClaimsXten® Select, ClaimCheck, Secondary Editing, and Episode Manager solutions. The transaction establishes the CCM business as an independent company, with an interim name of ClaimsXten Portfolio. Work Location:
• Hybrid - Atlanta/Alpharetta, GA

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the Company’s internal and external financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and disclosures. This role will also support key initiatives related to research and documentation for complex accounting matters and new accounting pronouncements at Lyric; these areas include stock-based compensation, goodwill, intangible assets, derivatives, mergers and acquisitions. .

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leads key financial reporting initiatives including the preparation of the annual audited financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • Functions as a key interface with external auditors pertaining to the annual audit and resolution of significant accounting issues
  • Prepares quarterly debt compliance package and monitors existing interest rate swaps
  • Works closely with Controller and CFO on ad-hoc management reporting
  • Actively works with third party consultants for assistance in various accounting areas (e.g., valuation specialist)
  • Supports the research and conclusion on complex/judgmental accounting topics as well as the review of complex agreements
  • Serves as a subject matter resource for stakeholders within and outside of the Finance organization
  • Completes other projects and assignments as directed by manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field
  • CPA Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience working across accounting processes, including concluding on complex accounting issues
  • Public accounting experience with mix of industry experience preferred
  • Software/Technology/Healthcare industry experiences preferred
  • Netsuite experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and U.S. GAAP accounting principles
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve business problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Excel & PowerPoint skills at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Excellent organization and planning skills with ability to work well under pressure and in an environment of change

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $109,530.00 - $271,080.00
