Job Summary

As a Sr. Robot Software Quality Assurance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the seamless functionality and exceptional performance of complex robotic systems through meticulous software testing. In this vital role within Quality Assurance, you will be a key player in advancing cutting-edge technologies that drive modern robotics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies tailored to the unique requirements of robotic software systems
• Collaboratively create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts with your team
• Execute test cases as a team to detect software defects, anomalies, and deviations from design specifications.
• Collaboratively assess the performance of robotic systems under various conditions, simulating real-world scenarios
• Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by actively sharing insights with your team
• Provide timely status reports to the project leaders regarding release readiness
• Provide help and training to other engineers

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in a testing environment
• 2+ years of experience with robot systems
• 2+ years of experience with robot sensors

Preferred Experience Requirements:

• Experience with Linux, and scripting
• Experience with Automated test writing and execution
• Experience with complex systems
• Experience with requirements verification and traceability
• Atlassian products, particularly Jira

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
