We are looking for a Media Planner to join the Delivery Operations team to serve as an internal liaison between our Account Executives and our Strategic Data Partners. The Media Planner will ensure customer programs are scoped properly and in alignment with their respective service level agreements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and expeditious response times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with sales and data partners to scope campaigns
  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer
  • Determine appropriate media mix to leverage within customer campaigns
  • Evaluate and maximize campaigns based upon pre-determined budget
  • Analyze campaign impact and effectiveness and present insights to internal stakeholders
  • Create and deliver customer specific reporting
  • Work closely with sales team to build long lasting client relationships
  • Ability to answer complex requests from clients including recommendations on program specifications and execution
  • Participate in weekly Delivery Operations team meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Requires 3+ years of experience as a B2B campaign manager, project manager or in marketing operations role
  • Highly analytical in nature
  • Comfortable mastering and leveraging new technology
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a desire to grow
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with exceptional effective listening skills
  • Adept at problem resolution in a high pressure environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to produce creative solutions
  • Ability to drive conversations related to operational needs of stakeholders

The salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Integrate offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package and incentive and recognition programs.
