Job Description:
The Compensation Manager reports to OneOncology’s Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. The Compensation Manager supports the design, implementation, development, and administration of base, incentive, and other pay programs to ensure OneOncology maintains a competitive position in the market. Provides advice and guidance to leaders and HR partners regarding compensation standards and best practices to support the Company’s overall strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Apply knowledge of current market conditions, developments, and trends to recommend and support design of compensation programs
Develop pay ranges and salary structures
Utilize various salary planning methods and tools to provide complex analyses to stakeholders
Assist with salary budget forecasting and ensure market requests are budgetarily compliant
Work with leaders and HR teams to create and evaluate job descriptions to provide leveling and compensation recommendations
Provide guidance on compensation policies, pay decisions, and wage and hour regulations
Support the administration of annual merit and bonus cycles
Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure compensation objectives are achieved
Support training of leaders and HR teams on compensation fundamentals and systems
Develops communication tools to enhance the understanding of the company’s compensation policies and total compensation package
Ensure compensation pay plans are compliant with federal/state wage and hour regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years’ experience in designing, developing, and communicating compensation related programs
MS Office with Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Preferred Experience:
Healthcare related experience with compensation programs
Familiarity with comp market pricing software and data
Familiarity with Workday HCM software
