Job Description:

As the Regional Vice President (RVP) Operations at OneOncology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of cancer care delivery. Serving as the general manager and representative of OneOncology's managed service organization, you will oversee a dynamic team and foster relationships with affiliated practices. Your leadership will drive local market growth, promote diversification across specialties, leverage data insights and technology, and ensure the highest quality care is accessible to patients and practices alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for affiliated practices within the assigned region.

  • Provide strategic leadership and supervision to direct reports and lead cohesive and high-performing team-based relationships among affiliated practice and OneOncology department leaders.

  • Responsible for developing and overseeing annual operating plan and strategic growth plans for regional practices.

  • Collaborate with OneOncology’s corporate departments, i.e., legal, I.T, HR, marketing, practice integrations, and finance and business development to identify and drive practice growth opportunities, enhance performance, and promote the delivery of multi-specialty care.

  • Implement data-driven insights and technological advancements to optimize practice performance and patient outcomes.

  • Drive effective solutions that enhance contracting advantages with third-party payors, ensuring affordable care for patients and sustainable practice growth.

  • Develop and execute strategies to support practices in achieving exceptional levels of care quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead regular communication and collaboration between the corporate headquarters departments in Nashville, TN, and practices within your region.

  • Oversee and contribute to the alignment of practices with OneOncology's mission, values, and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices across the region.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the field of oncology management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving organizational growth.
  • Strong understanding of oncology care delivery and the evolving landscape of community-based cancer treatment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively to affiliated practices within the region and to the corporate headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field. Experience working with independent physician practices and/or managed care organizations.

Familiarity with data analytics and healthcare technology solutions.

Reporting Structure:

The Regional Vice President (RVP) Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This role is primarily remote, requiring extensive travel to both the corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN, and affiliated practices within the assigned region.
