You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!The Marketing Program Management Office (PMO) team supports our Marketing Vision and Marketing Mission by guiding planning, facilitating execution, and governing on-process engagement for Zebra’s Marketing Ambitions, Marketing Priorities and key cross-functional marketing programs.We have established a standardized and repeatable process that allows cross functional Marketing teams to manage their initiatives. This approach
  • Provides program management expertise and execution services for cross functional marketing teams that drive process and transformational programs (Ambitions, Marketing Performance Management, PLMk, Channel Development, and Core Channel Program improvement)
  • Creates a foundation for enhanced collaboration, increased efficiency and consistent on-time delivery
  • Provides stakeholders with a platform for viewing both project and program status and managing risks and dependencies across initiatives and functions
  • Provides tools and processes that enable a culture of transparency and accountability
  • Enables a flexible and change-ready organization
In addition, the team strives to be tireless simplifiers by providing support for operational applications of Smartsheet to simplify the execution & management of marketing process. Responsibilities
  • Ensure program objectives and requirements are documented and aligned with Program Owners needs and shared and team members
  • Leverage defined PMO process and toolset standards to support achievement of program objectives and enable project teams to successfully execute projects
  • Support project leads and teams with project scope, objective, and approach definition
  • Partner with project leads and cross-functional project teams to build right-sized plans to meet defined project objectives
  • When required, embed with project teams to provide hands-on project management and change management support
  • Executes against established processes to monitor project execution, project risks & issues, and support change management efforts
  • Provide tops down insights on process execution to Program Owners with focus on out of bounds execution and/or performance
  • Manage a Continuous Improvement framework to align Program Owners and stakeholders on program improvement efforts, which includes collecting feedback on the program toolset and processes and executing delivery of all aspects of program enhancements
  • Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
  • Increase technology knowledge and skills
  • Develop team-based work proficiencies
  • Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
Qualifications Required Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with a major in Marketing or other related LAS major
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date between 2024 and 2025
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong desire to work with the marketing business functions assigned (Channels, Portfolio, global functions within Demand & Field Marketing)
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet (core application and any premium applications)
  • Intermediate to advanced communication and facilitation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to mid level cross functional audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
