You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!Customer Delight is a team within the software BU product organization responsible for triaging customer product input, developing customer specific regulatory functionality, supporting customer migrations and resolve associated feature parity issues. In addition, we are building a professional practice to execute paid engineering services engagements with customers. We are part of the larger product organization of the software BU and work across all its products.
Responsibilities
- As our team's responsibilities are expanding across the product portfolio over the next year, there will be opportunities to help facilitate the growth through a variety of smaller projects that will be adjusted to fit the interns interests and expertise/major
- Assist in documenting requirements for customization projects and customer ideas
- Assist in stakeholder testing of newly developed customizations so that the features released meet the customer's expectations
- Work with the documentation and UX teams to improve the experience of users in the Knowledge Center
- Create templates for tools to be used in customer engagements
- Create a business case for a new product, innovation, customization
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in a subject area related to Business, Marketing, (Product) Management, or Computer Science
- Must have an anticipated graduation date between 2024 - 2026
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
- Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location - Dedham, MA
- Advanced user of MS Office toosl incl. ppt, excel and other advanced ones
- Prior experience with software projects
- Ability to work independently and break a large project into achievable steps
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Results oriented self-starter
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
