The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!Our OEM team in focusing on strategic projects within our GLobal Sales organization, with a key focus delivering Machine Vison solution to our OEM customers. Machine Vision/AI/Deep learning is a technology in which Zebra is heavily investing in. Our focus is to discover vertical markets and use cases in which this technology could have an add value. These can be existing markets, or we try to create new Sellable Addressable Markets (SAM)- globally. Our business development people are focusing on this discovery phase, create a lead. Once the lead is being converted to an opportunity, our OEM Sales teams will follow-up and close the deal.
Responsibilities
- Understanding Zebra's OEM organization, current use cases and markets we address
- Understanding Machine Vision/ Deep Learning,
- Defining key vertical markets and use cases **Silver Bullet**
- Investigate market trends/ evolutions
- Working on a target account list in dedicated markets, addressing specific use cases
- Stakeholder management, which department are involved in a full sales cycle
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills
- Develop team-based work proficiencies
- Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program with a major in Marketing (Sales/Business Development, Strategy, or Finance
- Must have an anticipated graduation date between 2024 and 2025 OR an MBA program with a anticipate graduation between 2024 and 2026
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
- Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location
- Ability to translate market trends/changes into new business opportunities
